Working with the customer communication line of business, I had the opportunity to redesign the DIRECTV monthly newsletter. This communication was developed as a direct mail piece to accompany the customer’s monthly bill. It’s function is to highlight featured content, upcoming pay-per-view events, set-top box tips & tricks and a calendar of movie premieres, shows and events.
The newsletter was also accompanied by a digital version for mobile access as well as other communications such as a quick start guide, tips & tricks remote guide, channel line-up and mover's guide. Each tool was designed to work together to enhance the consumer engagement and experience.
